School Overview
Steve Elliott: HeadmasterChrist Covenant School seeks to cultivate wisdom and virtue in each of its students by nourishing their souls on truth, goodness, and beauty by means of the seven liberal arts. A Judeo-Christian worldview is inculcated into each student by pursuing the ultimate purpose of education: to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. We believe that since learning occurs over the span of a lifetime, that our school should provide a student with the tools necessary for the lifetime educative process. Thus, our school is designed to provide the two basic needs of starting a student on the path to a lifetime of learning: communicating and modeling wisdom and virtue. In just six years, our school in Winterville, North Carolina has grown to over 120 students in kindergarten through grade seven. We are pursuing a strategic plan that includes a full high school program in the near future. The curriculum is rigorous and has its foundation in the ancient and traditional liberal arts and the Western canon. There is a faculty to student ratio of 1:12. Our yearly tuition is $4,200.00.
