Application Procedures

A. The admissions process begins with the completion and submission of the Student Application, along with the Non-Refundable application fee.

  1. Download Christ Covenant School student applications online: Christ Covenant School Application is a pdf file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form.
  2. Student records and teacher recommendations are received from previous school or preschool.
  3. Admissions testing is scheduled. Prospective students must place at grade level according to the Christ Covenant School admissions test to be considered for enrollment.
  4. A new parent interview is scheduled with the headmaster and school representatives. At least one parent must have a credible testimony of a personal walk with Jesus Christ. There must be a mutual fit of philosophy and expectations to be considered for enrollment.
  5. For prospective students in grades 4-8, a student interview with the headmaster is required along with the completed Student Questionnaire portion of the application.
  6. Acceptance decisions are made and families are notified.
    When there is high demand for placement at Christ Covenant School, students will be placed on a waiting list. Acceptance off the waiting list is based on the date the application is received, available openings, and completion of the admissions process.  Admission to Christ Covenant School is at the sole discretion of the school's administration.
