Annual Application/Re-enrollment fee - for returning families: $100 per child for Kindergarten through 5th grade, $250
for 6th through 8th grade, which $150 will be applied toward tuition. For new families: $250.00 for the first student,
$100.00 for each subsequent sibling. Tuition covers all costs except the non-refundable application
fee, general school supplies and uniforms.

1. For your convenience, tuition will be divided into ten equal payments via bank draft only. Checks will not be
accepted for monthly tuition payments.
The monthly payment schedule has no correlation to the number of days
your child is enrolled in school.
The first bank draft will occur on June 17, 2008. The last draft will occur on March 17, 2009. Families enrolling after the first bank draft occurs will be required to pay in full all tuition amounts due to date.

2. Those who pay in full by Monday, June 2 (via check) will receive a 2% tuition discount. If payment is made with
cash, the bank counting fee will be added.


3. A returned item fee of $25.00 will be assessed if funds are not available in your bank account.

4. Parents with two or more children enrolled will receive a 10% discount on the annual tuition for the second and
each additional child. Tuition discounted for the second (and subsequent) child in the following manner: oldest student
is charged full tuition, second oldest (and subsequent) students are each charged full tuition less a 10% discount.


5. The cost of tutoring for students on academic probation or who need additional help and any special testing for
learning disabilities, etc., is the responsibility of parents.

6. Families in need of financial assistance are encouraged to apply for financial aid. Financial aid application deadline
is April 15, 2008. Please contact the school office to request an application.

7. In the event of early withdrawal, all tuition balances and fees are due that have been posted to your account (the
10th of each month)
as of the withdrawal date. Notification of a withdrawal date does not reverse this policy. Posted
tuition and fees are non-refundable. This policy includes the months of June, July, and August, prior to the first day of
each school year.
8. Students will not be admitted to class unless tuition payments are current or payment arrangements have been made. All bills must be paid before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued, or transcripts
released
.

9. Parents with unpaid accounts will jeopardize enrollment status of their children for the following year.

10. For re-enrolling families, the Bank Draft/Commitment to Prepay form is due January 25, 2008 in order to keep
your current space.

Tuition rates subject to change each school year.

*The Annual Supply Fee covers required expenses/fees including classroom consumables, field trips, Practicum, medical supplies and art auction fee.
